Samsung Health is currently compatible with Samsung Gear S2, Samsung Gear S3, Samsung Gear S4, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro, Gear Sports, Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ , Galaxy Watch Active2, Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Fit2 only.
Samsung Health provides basic, but mandatory features that help you improve your health.
Samsung Health analyses your exercise and activity history, and helps you achieve weight loss and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Using several trackers, you can manage your walking, running, cycling, mountain climbing, indoor exercise, and outdoor exercise data, etc., while useful tips and exercise programs developed based on your customized settings help you fulfill the purpose of your exercise.
42 languages, including English, French, and Chinese, are supported; for other language regions, English is supported.
The available features may vary depending on the region, service provider, and device model.
You can manage data via Samsung account.
Samsung Health must only be used for improving physical fitness and health, and cannot be used for diagnosing disorders or conditions, or for curing, relieving, treating, or preventing disorders.
Apple Health tracks your step count and can share that data with Samsung Health to provide an accurate step count. User can control permission for this sharing in Apple Health Settings.

I like this app it gives more reasons to go walk outside. Tho it missing some features like posting awards and achievements so would my friends and family would know about them.
Synchronization with Apple health
HOW I CAN'T SYNC DATA COLLECTED BY MY SAMSUNG WATCH WITH APPLE HEALTH!! Even Huawei can do this?!!
I can't see any of steps, workouts, heart rate on Apple health!!
Please solve this issue ASAP!
Also, I can't connect my MI smart body scale 2 that I bought especially cause the application say it's compatable!! Please fix this too
Update 1: I didn't mention anything about apple watch as I said my issue with a Samsung galaxy watch model (R800)
Update 2: as I said earlier I have Huawei gt2 watch and it sync (read and write) data with Apple health even with their weak software and issues with Apple generally they still can do it!
I love my galaxy watch and the Samsung h! I really wish that it can work in a better way with ios and am sure that Samsung developers can do it very easily if they want so dun give me promises just do it.
Update 3: The application and galaxy R800 watch needs and urgent update
