Train Services
I have been using the train for many years. Unfortunately services are shifting from bad to worst. Prices have been raised dramatically with no good service in return. The App is one of the worst. Train cars are always cold with noisy kids. Hope you improve services and add more train cars and bring faster trains. Thank you.

I do not understand what had happened. The old app was working well, easy to use and functioning. The current one is very bad and is not functioning. I cloud not book from to station. The head of IT should be questioned.
Opion
This application is the worst. Booking is always a struggle. If you change an application at least its for better, but on your part, its for worst. This application needs to be deleted
