Downloaded the app, trying to sign up and showing error on phone number. My number is correct and no idea what the app else want. Same with my daughter, she try to sign up and the same error. Fix your app plz
Check out problems
The app doesn’t let you use both choices of paying with sephora credits and cash on delivery. They could have it improved by adding Apple Pay as well as multiple payment options so we can use both sephora credit and other modes of payment. Plus bad customer service since they don’t respond to email and you have to call internationally from Saudi to UAE to have your questions answered
Technical bug+ bad costumer service
During the check out the application has considered my order as cancelled.
I purchased the same items again and suddenly I got charged twice.. and eventually both order have been delivered.
I email the customer service couple of times and no response.. I call their UAE office to send a carrier to return the cancelled order, however, the refused and asked me to get my money back I have to go to the store.
Stupid application and poor customer service.
Totally I do not recommend the application since it is not yet free of error and you will have to pay for their cheap application build.
