Fantastic
I’ve been using this app since 2018 as free, it helped me a lot specially when I don’t have time for long workouts.
Now it’s paid, but it’s worth it
It has so many options for workout categories
I hope they provide more workouts for pregnancy
1st, 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
Nice and useful app
I like that i. 7 minutes you can burn up to 100 calories. Also, it’s very nice that you can make your own workout since some people can do all exercises due to medical reasons; but with this new feature, they can adapt and make a workout with the exercises that suit them.

This might look too easy since it’s only 7 minutes I actually hesitated to download it, but this works really good, have great workouts to do at home, and the first set at the first day actually got my knees a little weak lol, I don’t have any stamina but i think i can improve thanx to this app
