Worst App Ever
The app is always lagging and the experience is as bad as it gets. Honestly, I regret buying my car with Franci Bank. Other banks have apps that are much more developed you could do everything from the app rather than waiting until it is morning to get a travel permit! Problem is, the app is not changing nor developing at all as if all of these bad reviews means nothing to the bank. Unfortunate!
Poor app
I'm not sure what kind of mobile app is this!! Very poor. They have the worst development team in case even if they have! I'm a customer for almost two years and I couldn't do any request the whole two years using the app!! The worst ever bank mobile app I ever seen.
