Some features need to be added

First of all this app is good streaming service and it shows good potential,,, but it lacks some basic stuff for example it doesn’t have a settings menu which is needed to give the user more control over how he would like to watch there favorites shows also a in-video menu to give the user options to change the streaming quality and casting option in the future in case you like to add them for us ,,,

Other than that it’s good app I enjoy using it for watching replays of Formula 1

In addition you can control the quality from the setting button if you are using the browser (Google Chrome/Firefox), but in case you are using SHAHID app the quality is adjusted as per the strength of the internet you have, appreciate your understanding.

Worst costumer service

I subscribed shahid without login first. At that time I was excited to subscribe however shahid website always says error whenever I tried to subscribe. Then when I subscribed from my phone, The website really take their time to load. They really take their sweet time. I waited and I thought it was okay because they already deducted my money. Okay okay let’s login to my account. To my surprise, I’m still not a vip member. I contacted shahid. They really hard to contact. Whether its from the phone, email, twitter, or Whatsapp.

I was really excited to watch so I dm-ed from Instagram but THEY keep ignoring me. They replied when I’m starting leave a comment and said I should contact from email and call them for better assistance. WELL I TRIED.

2,3 days later the call center replied to my messages from Whatsapp and told me to screenshot the proof. Everything is going well BUT he didn’t give me a solution rather he told me they would contact me later. I know they won’t. Every single day I contacted them and the replies always give me a proof. What’s wrong with you all, I sent you and you will just ignore it?

streaming quality was unsatisfactory and unclear

I used this program to watch live matches of the Saudi league, but I found it to be inadequate in performance. The streaming quality was unsatisfactory and unclear, with noticeable audio lagging behind the visuals. Additionally, the program does not support the 4K option for streaming, which hampers the viewing experience and makes the picture unrealistic.

Furthermore, I encountered difficulties in navigating the program and using its interface, as frequent delays and glitches negatively affected the viewing experience.

Overall, I find that this program is not recommendable for following live matches of the Saudi league, as it suffers from streaming quality issues and lacks the 4K option. It is preferable to search for other programs that provide a better and more consistent experience in watching live matches.
