Horrible customer service
I recently ordered something from this app and paid extra for express delivery, which promised that I would receive my order on the same day before 9PM. However, it is now 10PM and I am still waiting for my order. I contacted customer service twice and they told me at the beginning that I will have my product before 9PM. When I tried to contact them again to complain that I still haven’t received the product their reply was I have to wait until the next day to receive my order. They did not provide me with any kind of solution, which is unacceptable considering that I paid for express delivery. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this app to anyone. If you need your order quickly, do not pay for express delivery, as it is not guaranteed.
Awful experience
Actually I had an awful experience with this store, not committed with the delivery time, extremely higher prices than the market prices & their customer service employees are not helpful for anything… Just the same automated answers they have.
They will be very good with the customer untill money payment & after this, the customer will suffer with them.
Honestly this place is untrusted 👎👎👎
