Location for home delivery needs to be improved, i had an issue with locating my house its not accepting “out of area” but the house behind us accepted!

Poor customer service
The food came cold items missing , No way to complain directly except by calling and waiting? No customer service options the driver forgot 1 pepsi we called him he was ignoring the calls , I’m not going to call and wait to complain about a pepsi cup I wanted it with the order he could’ve come back at the same time if there was a way to communicate with the branch directly , other wise it’s not worth it,, useless
