Frequent customer opinion

I’m now downloading the application again after a while of deleting the app, I’ve always had some sort of an issue with every single order I make & I kinda let go since the prices are reasonable & the customer service isn’t that good, and I’m a loyal customer who orders frequently & more often, my last order there was a mistake with one of the items, I’ve been sent a shirt that I didn’t order, and didn’t get the actual co ord I was waiting for!! Man oh man, I was so frustrated & disappointed from the customer service & for the lack of ease when you want to report a problem, it was clearly pointless to keep on trying to contact SHEIN & snowball the frustration.. now I have to make a whole new account to make a purchase & I hope it works and goes well.

Horrendous costumer service

Not my first time trying them, they used to be good now they’re really horrible. I purchased from them and they were late in delivery. When the delivery driver contact me they had my address wrong (I put in the right address and that was confirmed by SHEIN). After weeks of my order being in my city but not arriving, they send me a message saying that the time frame for my order delivery is gone and the logistic company will be returning it to them due to me not receiving it. Throughout this whole process SHEIN acted as if they’re not responsible for this and it’s a matter for the logistic company. When I remind them that I didn’t buy anything from a logistic company I bought from them, it falls on deaf ears. Eventually they said if you want your stuff again, it’ll take 22-27 shipping days. No actual apologies or accountability whatsoever. Never buying from them again.

This is a really stupid app

As a Muslim I do not support LGBTQ and yes I am a homophobic if you like it or not this is my religion and I will not put a stupid app over it since this app knows that most of its customers are muslims they should put in mind at least to be respectful to both the communities and do not do anything that could effect their perspective in both the communities eyes BUT SHEIN did something that is really disrespectful to Muslims we they used our money to support the LGBTQ community they've bought them houses, food and clothes all from our money we believe that doing that will give us not them sins. I just wish that you respect our believes as we do. if we were stupid enough to do the thing that we expect you to do (go out to the streets and force us to support you) we will cause war and will make the world separate
