I’m now downloading the application again after a while of deleting the app, I’ve always had some sort of an issue with every single order I make & I kinda let go since the prices are reasonable & the customer service isn’t that good, and I’m a loyal customer who orders frequently & more often, my last order there was a mistake with one of the items, I’ve been sent a shirt that I didn’t order, and didn’t get the actual co ord I was waiting for!! Man oh man, I was so frustrated & disappointed from the customer service & for the lack of ease when you want to report a problem, it was clearly pointless to keep on trying to contact SHEIN & snowball the frustration.. now I have to make a whole new account to make a purchase & I hope it works and goes well.

Fix it plz
Great application for buy online. I am buying from SHEIN almost 6 years now, and I am getting very much surprised how the quality of products is growing. Please continue your great job. Now about the appreciation it self, i start to have issues in ”reviews” section. When by mistake I post a wrong picture by my review, i can’t delete it. I tap x on the mini picture doesn’t delete and it opens enlarged and still the x not working to close or delete the picture. Please fix it. Thank you and best regards from the loyal costumer.
Horrendous costumer service
Not my first time trying them, they used to be good now they’re really horrible. I purchased from them and they were late in delivery. When the delivery driver contact me they had my address wrong (I put in the right address and that was confirmed by SHEIN). After weeks of my order being in my city but not arriving, they send me a message saying that the time frame for my order delivery is gone and the logistic company will be returning it to them due to me not receiving it. Throughout this whole process SHEIN acted as if they’re not responsible for this and it’s a matter for the logistic company. When I remind them that I didn’t buy anything from a logistic company I bought from them, it falls on deaf ears. Eventually they said if you want your stuff again, it’ll take 22-27 shipping days. No actual apologies or accountability whatsoever. Never buying from them again.
