Description
تطبيق شوكة هو منصة إلكترونية تجمع المطاعم في مكان واحد، حيث يمكن للمستخدم البحث عن المطاعم القريبة منهم، أو عن المطاعم المفضلة لديهم.
يتيح التطبيق للمستخدم تتبع طلبة لمعرفة حالة الطلب، كما يستطيع المستخدم إختيار طريقة استلام الطلب، سواء بالاستلام من المطعم مباشرة أو التوصيل للمنزل. يقوم المستخدم بتحديد عنوانه في الخريطة بخاصية تحديد المواقع أو إختيار موقع آخر للتوصيل.

Do not remove good features
The application used to have good features making it different than any other app. It had competitive advantages: being trusted local destination, meat sources where clearly written, and prices are the same as the stores. Now they removed the local taste of it by adding the corporate style following other “competing” solutions, removed the meat sources, and prices are higher than calling the store and requesting delivery or sending “marsool”
Delivery application
Very very expensive delivery charges.
I suggest to use different app.

BAD DELIVERY APPLICATION
Most of the time when I have an order on the weekends it gets very late, and the driver accepts your request without delivering the previous order. They have very customer service contacted them multiple times, they either do nothing or ignoring my messages. 👎
+ they are expensive, suggest to use other applications for delivery that has rateing and tracking the driver
