Simple to navigate

Simple app that does the needed job. User friendly and very It’s easy to navigate. Was able to program and configure my whole house with scenes within 15 minutes.

Good but has some issues

Their plug seems to be losing connection multiple times and I have to reset it.

Connection the light to Alexa was good when I first purchase the device. Then it disconnected for no reason. I tried to reconnect it but I couldn’t log in and kept getting an error message saying user already exsisits. I didn’t know which user in the first place. After few months I tried again with the same email and the error was there, then I removed one of the dots in the gmail email and it worked.

Not accessible with voiceover

I am a blind user who owns an electronic lock and uses the Smart Life app to control it. However, I am very disappointed with the app because it is not compatible with the VoiceOver screen reader on the iPhone. The app has many unlabeled buttons, inaccessible menus, and confusing layouts that make it impossible for me to use it independently. This is a serious issue that affects the security and convenience of my home. I urge the developers to fix this problem and make the app accessible for all users, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. I give the app one star out of five until they do so.
