I love SNB

I have had SNB for over 2 years and let me tell you. These new incentives they now have are amazing. The spot me, it links with a lot of cash apps type sites.!!!! Customer service is great!!! And the refer me cash is real. No little stipulations. It tells you what you need to do to receive your 50$. Plus what makes me love them even more!!!!! I went to an ATM that basically gave me a double fee charge because it was an out of network prank for SNB. Two days later I received a random Email that states they are reimbursing the 2.90 something I believe it was!!! I would definitely recommend SNB to everyone!!!

Worst customer experience ever.

I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone since i’ve faced way too many issues including but not limited to: not being able to login on a new phone because phone is not registered, and registration process is not working for that phone. another issue is when i receive money i can’t use it immediately, it’s not with me or with the person that transferred the money so it’s just stuck there. another issue is that sometime the app just doesn’t want to work, like right now, i’m trying to transfer and it doesn’t want to do that, this has happened many times & is the reason i’ve moved to a better bank, but unfortunately my family still uses it so i’m required to use it sometimes. I was a samba platinum user but after the merge i took out all my balance and completely made the switch to another bank, i definitely don’t recommend this experience to anyone.

Learn from ALRAJHI and SAAB Mobile app

The new app is not that bad but its no where near Alrajhi and SAAb applications. Complcated and has many errors. The credit card balance doesn't change right aways it shows u have money but in fact u dont same as the old app nothing changed and i have to scroll right to find my credits card. Should me in-front of me. I also have to update biometrics all the time and the 5 number passwords also the password metrics is weak like the old app. I think its the same app but u try to improve it but it didnt work .Thats some of issues the app has. U should learn from Alrajhi app. I opened an account in Alrajhi just because of the app and make itmy primary account where i pay all the bills. Thank you and hope SNP give us new fantastic app with great graphics.
