Where the customer can request roadside assistance service, after logging in to the application.
The location of the shipment pickup and delivery location is determined, and the type of shipment is chosen as follows:
1- Small vehicle transportation service
2- Medium vehicle transportation service
3- Large vehicle transportation service
After completing the ordering process by the customer, the server dispatch the order to the nearest driver according to the services provided by the driver
From the driver app:
When logging in to the driver application, the driver will see the option to stay online become ready to accept orders coming from the customer application mentioned above
A notification will be received on the driver’s application to notify of a new request(s)
- The driver accepts the request
- The customer receives a notification that the order has been accepted, and the order becomes available for tracking at this stage
- When the driver arrives at the pickup location, he confirms reaching this point
- The customer receives a notification that the driver has arrived at the pickup point
- The driver begins by take pictures to the shipment required for transportation and then ensuring that the pictures are sent to server.
- The driver begins moving to begin the process of transporting the shipment to the delivery location specified by the customer
- The driver confirms arrival at the delivery point specified by the customer
- The driver confirms receipt of the amount due for the transportation process
- The process completed successfully
