This app turns your phone into your mobile e-key, via the STAR hotel locking system.
Forget the lines at reception and stop worrying about lost or stolen keys.
Simplify your room access with the power to unlock your hotel room from your iPhone.
Get in your room in a few simple steps:
1) Check in to your hotel online, at the kiosk, or at the reception desk.
2) Get your login details for the STAR e-key app from your hotel.
3) Print your login details or have them sent to your email.
4) Download the Star e-key app and sign in.
5) Log in with the details you received.
6) In the app you can see all the doors assigned to you.
7) Approach your hotel lock with your smartphone and open your room.
