Ratings and Reviews
Rewards aren’t worth the spending at all.
To get a free drink of your choice you have to spend around 625 SR I drink a grande size Caramel Macchiato for 22 SR, so to get a free drink I will have to buy it 29 times = buy coffee every single day for a whole month. Lol, that’s a lot when comparing it to other specialty coffee houses which offer 1 free drink for every 6 drinks you buy = 100 ( if one order just flat white ). Honestly, you really need to re-evaluate this rewards program used in Saudi Arabia. The one used in USA is way better since you can even get food as rewards and not just drinks. They also offer free refill for black coffee after you buy one drink (this is only limited to people with gold level though).
They will take your reward without you using it
I had a 250 stars for free drink, but when I went to starbucks and wanted to use it it’s disappeared when I called them they said you used it and I told them even in the app it didn’t show I used it, soo they are liars and just want you to use the app and buy without even giving you a reward.
Great App
The app is great, works great with no issue & the points are added within few minutes. I wish you add a support for Apple Watch since the app have two primary functionality 1- Scanning 2- Redeeming points
التطبيق رائع ويعمل بكل سلاسة، النقاط تضاف بعد دقائق قليلة. أتمنى إضافة نسخة لساعة أبل تمكنني من مسح الباركود واستخدامها لان فعليا هذي هي أهم نقطتين بالتطبيق.
