Poor Management
Hi,
The app is designed well but unfortunately the administrators and management who are handling the issues related to users are very uncooperative and poor. Here i give you a simple example for changing my phone number of my ID, i send multiple emails and contacted the admins in support room no body resolve my matter its been now 6 months. For this kind of very cheap reasons many good, educated and sender users left star in last 2 years. Here i would like to request Star Chat management please give a respect and positive guideline to every user because users are the strength of your app and feel free to contact me regarding any ideas. I have multiple innovated ideas to improve the app and to regain the thousands of users .
