Slow

I pay 19 dollars for fast delivery. They put it there 5-7 days. It’s already 11 days. So don’t pay for fast delivery. Just get the normal one.

Terrible

This application feels like it was programmed by a 5 minutes old hamster, and the website is no exception. Find a respectable programmer cause the UX of this app is below terrible.

Aside from the slowness and lagginess, the account does not remain signed in, and the cart resets. Changing quantities of items removes them from the cart. The search function requires specific keywords or it won’t show any results. Navigating through the bottom bar takes you back to the start page so you can’t view your cart and resume your search. There is a note in the cart page that says if the item price changes after putting it in the cart remove the item and re-add it! How is that reliable!!!

I spent two hours trying to buy products that I already knew, imagine what browsing would be like...

I really like the app for offering exclusive deals, especially for those who are obsessed with Korean skin care like me. I would love to see a wider range of products available.

- My only suggestion is to upgrade and enhance the application’s speed to prevent slow loading, which can be frustrating.
