Stay a way from this app is garbage; I have order 22 items all men clothes as a total amount more than 900 SAR, however, I received women's 13 clothes!!! the funny thing that most of them are similar in type with very cheap quality. What I have done as follows: - I raised a complain request through their app; therefore, they have requested me to return the items even if it’s wrong merchandise to correct this customer’s misleading issue. In this regard, I have raised the return request and following that a carrier came to collect it. Upon that what happened!!; they have promised to further notice to refund me the amount for only 13 items of total amount of approximately 450 SAR (by passing the fact that my order is 22 men products with a total amount of more than 900) !!! As they trying to manipulate the fact that they have mistaken between my order and with another order. Stay a way from them and to give you more evidence about my concern check if they have office in Riyadh or even in GCC country! Frankly, they don’t have a direct line for customer service. Hence, all customer service requests are done via their app.

Instead of receiving professional and respectful service, I was met with rushed, inaccurate responses that completely lacked the basic principles of proper customer interaction.The issue did not stop there; the problem escalated when the product I returned to you was lost, and you have not refunded the due amount to this day, despite the fact that I followed all the required procedures. This unacceptable negligence places an additional burden on the customer and clearly reflects a serious flaw in the management of return processes and follow-up.This level of service leaves a very negative impression and reveals a significant weakness in staff training and a lack of oversight on the quality of customer support. Therefore, I kindly request that you take the necessary and urgent actions to correct this situation and ensure that it does not happen again with any other customer, in addition to processing my refund and compensating for the inconvenience caused by the delay.Thank you for your attention,With sincere respect.
