Pathetic service
They just don’t respond. Cancelled the order for what reason after 12 days. And then simply not responding to refund queries.
I will file a complaint against them in ministry.
احذر احذر متجر متلاعب ولا يلتزم بالمواعيد
تم شراء شاشة تلفزيون قبل أسبوعين ولم يتم توصيلها حتى الآن، وخدمة العملاء رقم واتس فقط يرد السلام مع (وردة)، ولا يعطيك أي رد عن موعد التسليم أو حالة الطلب.
نصيحة اهرب منهم ولا تندم تتعلق فلوسك معهم مهما أغروك بالسعر.
وأنصح الجميع برفع بلاغ للجهات المختصة عند عدم تسليم الطلب لأننا في بلد قانون ونظام واضح ويردع المتلاعبين.
