Dealing with this app its somehow like going a small trip to the hell!!

For 2 days I’m trying to make an online order but I can’t check out and pay. Since yesterday I’m trying and still it says there is an error. I tried to make an order by using the app, I deleted the app and re install it, then they advised me to make an order by using ur website I used safari to make my order and then they advised me to use another browser so I downloaded chrome as ur customer care advised, all of this just for one order from ur company and STILL NOT WORKING!! Great I didn't need to make 2 orders then I dont know how many more apps I need to download !!! thats the worse business joke I ever heard and saw in my life, honestly extremely bad and totally very disrespectful to ur customers!

If u cant be professional and u r not able to use a professional company to run ur apps and ur websites then why u make us sick each couple of days (since u start ur website) with ur bugs and error problems!!!

Why the hell did u start from the first day an online shop and u know u r not ready 100% and u know ur weak Possibilities !!! Are u enjoying wasting our time?

Dear sun and sand company remember always u can’t be the greatest and the best in the market until u be the best, the greatest in ur quality in everything u r contacted with and the easiest in all ways in dealing with ur customers.

I made the order of the item on november 12.
and then 4days after someone have called me only to ask for confirmation,but the person whose calling doesn’t even know how to speak english and doesn’t know how to communicate well!
they keep on telling me that they will call me back at my convenient time but still they are calling me at mid day while I am sleeping!
I am answering every call even at my inconvenient time! I gave my full data my complete correct address which is stated as well in my sun and sand account, but still on the day of delivery the courier have called me in mid day even I am sleeping I answered, but the courier went to different location even I sent him my location in whatsapp. As per the courier the company put the address wrong. He said he is far and can not come to deliver the item.
Everybody don’t KNOW HOW TO ACCOMODATE THE CUSTOMER WELL, Everbody dosn’t know how to communicate well! The company, the courier.
So inconvenient! So disturbing and so disappointing!
The worst I ever encounter!
Will never order again in this company!
