Its keep kicking me out of the game everytime, i try to enter the game in the phone and the ipad but i can’t enter the game in both of them i really want to play please fix it.

It kicks me out !!
I really love this game and i had it for a really long time(smsuperstar) however, for a few months now not only the super star but all the versions of this game(sm,jyp,yj etc..) they all every time I press “ready” it kicks me out of the app! It’s super annoying it’s so long now , it’s a few months why isn’t this fixed yet!!!?
