Not opening
After I making update the program it’s not opening again we have some problem in last update please help or make it again update for this problem

Not good for long term use
Since August 10 I have been actively walking yet my steps are not credited or counted in the app even though my iPhone allowed it to work in background and have permission to track my steps.
I choose to is app over others due to the fact that it has minimal user engagement in terms of updating steps but now I am disgust by its performance and services. Not to mention the tailored advertisement being propagated in the apps' draw-lot feature is not appropriate to me.
Come on guys you are better than this. Improve this bug and do the extra mile in putting up some realistic vouchers that all walks in life using your app can use in real world.
Bad support
I benefited from the application in some offers, but unfortunately there are some offers that are not real and there are fraudulent operations in them, as I purchased an item at a discount from this application, and for nearly two months I have not received the item and my money that I paid has not been returned to me. I have corresponded with them and those in charge of this application, but unfortunately I have not received the item. There is no mention of any support, and they are all just promises, but without implementation or action
