Sweater | Car Wash 4+

Never chose anything than sweater for me and my family great workers great service and always finish the cars really fast with good quality as i dealt with them multiple times, one thing is that when i book at time and day for an event and the worker did not arrive they would just skipp it without even try to reschedule for me even tho it happened at some certain improtant times i needed to finish the car wash and when the oppsite happnes and me who is absent and cancel i would be charge with the book i did and lose it so for a custemor who is loving this service and always pay and try to take great discounts and packages i would appreciate if they do something about it thank you.

First is their worker ( always got lost even though my address was accurate /correct.) and they don’t speak English nor Arabic , rude. And It seems like the only way to communicate with them is through sign languages. Second their customer service who doesn’t speak English and second is they don’t give the proper solution to their customers complaint . Like what happen today that I booked from last week and they do confirm it, but unfortunately their cleaner didn’t arrived and they don’t even gave me an specific reason for that matter , and when I ask them just send any cleaner they have for today, they don’t listen to my request even though it’s already paid , instead they just decided to rebook it after 2 days. Without asking me first. Third is they are very pricey . I will just use my remaining cleaning packages and after this I will never avail any of your packages . Not anymore ! So dissatisfied and disappointed with your services!

Unfortunately ! Again they cancel their rebook ! Without any reason, Not surprised anymore . They have a very poor behavior and system . Shame on this app . The owner need to read comments sometimes so he knows how customers are disappointed on their services . SWEATER CANNOT MAKE CUSTOMERS SATISFIED. YOU GUYS ARE JUST TAKING OUR MONEY.

تجربتي العامة للتطبيق جيدة جدا، البايكر وصل في الموعد ونفذ الخدمة على اكمل وجه، لكن السعر غالي جدًا على الخدمة المقدمة، صحيح انها توفر اريحية بحيث انه ما يحتاج تاخذ سيارتك للمغسلة لكن ما يبرر مضاعفة سعر غسيل السيارة، مجموع السعر اللي دفعته مع الخدمات الاضافية اللي طبلتها وصل حوالي 100﷼!

ايضا التطبيق يحتاج تطوير وتحسين شوي لانه ظل يرسلي اشعارات حتى بعد انتهاء الخدمة.

My overall experience with the application was very good. The service provider arrived on time and performed the service excellently. However, the price was extremely high for the service provided. While it does offer convenience by avoiding the need to take your car to a car wash, it doesn't justify doubling the price of a car wash. The total amount I paid, including the additional services I selected, came to around 100 SAR!

Additionally, the application needs some development and improvement because it kept sending me notifications even after the service was completed.
