It’s been more then 5 months i’m requesting to change my number as the number what I registered on this app it’s not on my absher, it’s registered under my company name. I created new account with my absher number but now I’m not able to verify by nafath as this id is already registered my company number. When I asked agent to switch my number from company to absher he simply responded that you have to wait 6 months to change the number. I’m so frustrated with your service, even banks are not taking more then 3 minutes to update the information and i have no idea what kind of this app which requires his customer to wait for 6 months to update only phone number. Really disappointed and never recommend it to anyone even though you guys offer free product as well. You should focus on your service to improve your business. I’m going to delete this app permanently

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing that! We would like to clarify that according to Tabby’s policy, a mobile number, ID, or email cannot be linked to more than one account. Since your number is already registered with another Tabby account, it cannot be added to your existing account registered with the old mobile number. You can contact the mobile service provider to transfer the ownership of the number to your name and ID. Once that’s done, we’ll be able to assist you with updating your phone number.

Tabby offers multiple payment plans, starting from 3 to 12 installments. The available options depend on the agreement between the merchant and Tabby, as well as your purchase history.
