Payment and delivery fee

In the last two days whenever I order and want to pay ,, the Apple Pay payment page freeze and I can’t pay so I refresh and start over or I go to another app.

Regarding the delivery fees ,, sometimes the fee are high and I want to suggest to the app if a customer has a lot of points why can’t I used them by reducing the fee’s or add it to my wallet. Cause I have a lot of points and most of the time they expired without using them.

Extremely bad customer service and finance team

I ordered from a restaurant and paid by card but after a long wait it came back cancelled and the money transferred into the app's wallet when it should go back to the card (like other apps do) so I order from the same one a couple days later and again cancelled. So i called the restaurant and they said they don't work with talabat anymore and have no idea why they're still on the list. I assumed they keep some places that are not under talabat anymore in order to force you to order thru the app again when the money goes to the wallet and that's unprofessional. I contacted customer care and requested a refund into the card i used to pay and they said 14 days max and i waited and escalated it again and again for about 3 times because they said 5-7 days every time and nothing happened and it's close to being 2 months and i still didn't get my refund yet. Update after 1 month: still didn't get my refund. The customer care is atrocious, no wonder there's no number and only take emails.

Update: feb 20, 2022, i still didn't get my 95 riyals. Neither in my bank or talabat wallet. So basically talabat stole my money.

Fix that problem

I went to my friend house we ordered from talabat we got 3 large pizzas it got fast and hot and nice divers but when i came home i wanted to order i added a different location but it kept saying the same location my friend has but I didn’t know that they didn’t see that i changed it at my phone it said that my location is right but on there it said my friend location so I ordered pizza it was 195 i payed with credit min after the driver called said i here i rang the ringer but no one answered so i told him u didn’t so he said isn’t that ********** address *my friend address* he said im gonna cancel the order so i told him what about the money he said we cant give u back your money on your credit but we can on talabat card but how can I spend it when there is a problem with the app so basically i got scammed and I literally tried the location on my brothers phone and it was the same wrong location so please can you guys fix that problem.
