I have been playing poker for last 20 years, if you want the best poker games on line install this game and start to play it , there team are supporting me in every single problem I may have within 2/5 mints my problem is solved they never let me down , they don’t have any competitor trust me I tried all.

The worst customer support ever seen.
The game’s customer support choose to ignore emails and ingame messages. They ban players without any previous warning, And the only sure way to get ahead in the game is by actually paying real money. The game is a complete joke and the team have made a complete fool of themselves. This game deserves 0 Stars. I am an old player who has put a lot of time and money into this game and the one time i gave my friend some chips so that he could play with me, i got instantly banned and they denied every single unban request. This is stupid behavior as that is not a game breaking glitch, i got banned for playing a 1 on 1 with my friend that had no impact on any other players. Do not put any money or time into this game.

Our primary goal is to create fair and equal conditions for all players, regardless of whether they make purchases or not. We do not interfere with the games in any way. The proof of this lies in the fact that our RNG algorithms are certified by an independent test lab. An account may be blocked only when it has violated one of the Terms of Service. Transferring chips between accounts is permitted via the in-game interface. Deliberately losing on one account to another in an effort to transfer chips is in direct violation of the rules of our app.
Thieves
This app is so bad , when I make a purchase each time the make me lose my chips on purpose (especially in blackjack)in order to lead me to buy again .
In blackjack , the dealer always has high card and the player has in total his cards more than 12 less than 16 , Each time I decide to hit I get more than 21 and if decide not to hit the dealer has more than 17 and 21 or less , I am fully certain that they control the cards . I lose more than 44b in this way this meant I lose my money.
When I talked to them , they take ages to respond and give me bad justification.
I am asking you as responsible and respectful company to investigate about this issue and give me back my chips or money.
