Ratings and Reviews
No benefits on orders
There should be some benefits on every order to use this app not to order more then 100SR to earn points some times u need to order just one thing for ur self also even in less money so no benefits to use this app or order some thing less then 100SR

Worst Customer Experience & Customer Care
Worst customer care and customer experience among delivery apps in KSA. Order Tracking is useless. I ordered for pickup, and the tracking kept saying “preparing your order” until exceeded the expected time. Raised a delay flag, and one customer care rep said you should call the restaurant after you place a pickup order to start preparing. The other rep (when I request cancellation) said you’re not familiar with our app; customer should go to the restaurant even if the status is not “Ready for Pickup” and pickup their order. Really! Why bother using your app if not telling me when to to go and pickup.
P.S. it’s been 3 hours now and the app is still showing “Restaurant is preparing your order” status.

“Schedule Order” is a joke and rude customer service
The driver calls me an hour and 20 minutes prior scheduled delivery time saying he has collected my order.. which means either the driver is going to keep it for over an hour in his car or it will stay prepared and packed in the restaurant until the driver collects it! In both cases im going to receive cold non-fresh food.
Moreover, when i wanted to complain, the customer service rep was saying the driver didnt collect the order and the restaurant cant cancel the order
Why should i use the schedule order option or this app again?!

Dear Customer, We are so sorry to hear that.. if an order is scheduled, the order will be delivered to you at the specified time. The driver may call you to confirm only. If the order arrives cold or has any problem, please re-contact us through the application to help you.
