I would like to thank you and all your staff for making our stay at the Mark memorable and enjoyable and we were made very much comfortable and felt welcome and at home...
The team at the Mark Hotel has accommodated all our needs to the fullest. I would really like to thank the IT department who went above and beyond to help out all our needs in providing us the live soccer game. I can say for a fact we have not received such great service from the IT department from other hotels as to the one we received from your hotel. Please give my great appreciation to Imran and Zaeem.
Also special thanks go to Ms Dolma and all her team especially Madou, Reggie and Princess, all housekeeping staff, Isabelle, front desk staff and kitchen staff... especially Ms Brooke... Mr Omar , Ms Dounia & Mr Hameed...
All the porters and bell boys for their help and support.
I’m sure I have forgotten to mention more names.. so please pass our thanks to all your staff.
We have been to NYC several times and stayed in different top end hotels..,however this time it’s different thanks to all of you ...

I staid there 3 nights
It was beautiful
The swimming pool is amazing
The lobby is fantastic its one of a kind
The hotel is very very clean
NO INSECTS which is a big advantage in asia
The staff are very nice
In the reception there was Andre, the guy is highly respectful, he is kind, always smiling very polite, ready to help , he was answering all my questions without being bored he is an example of how a perfect receptionist should be

The spa is another story
They are very nice and very kinde peope
Komang and leena ( i am not sure of the spelling ) :)
I hade the full body treatment package , for 3 hours
And oh my god , it was an investment , it was amazing , i was not sure how that 3 hours finished quickly as if it was 5 minutes.

The location:
It’s actually isloated from every thing else
You find nothing within reach by walk
No grocery no restaurants no shops !!
So a nice idea wiuld be if the hotel has a shuttle which can take us to the street which has the shops , some hotels does that if they are isolated
Well the positive point of that is its quiet !

So if you will saty there you should keep this in mind

Good place with staff specially Ishaaq and syed he help me with everything perfectly located just one min away from station the room is quit well, and I will be staying here again during my trips to London 🇬🇧. Couldn't ask for more I have got the one of the best customer services from ishaaq and syed. Thank you guys for everything you made my stay memorable.
