Same devices with different configuration

I have the same devices but each one with different configuration, and style .. how can i adjust that.

Not accessible with voiceover for blind

I am a blind user who owns an electronic lock and uses the Smart Life app to control it. However, I am very disappointed with the app because it is not compatible with the VoiceOver screen reader on the iPhone. The app has many unlabeled buttons, inaccessible menus, and confusing layouts that make it impossible for me to use it independently. This is a serious issue that affects the security and convenience of my home. I urge the developers to fix this problem and make the app accessible for all users, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. I give the app one star out of five until they do so.

Notification malfunction

First and foremost, feebacks are not responded too in forever which can be the greatest disappointment.
When i set up a smart lock i receive notification for a couple of days and then they stop for an unknown reason. Even i subscribed after deleting the device and resetting the the smart lock and nothing change and im asking for a refund and for sure there isn’t any reply.

Very disappointing experience with this app.
