Getting stressed because of this
I’m GCC Resident trying to get visit visa, The application insist me to put profession for my kids and I cannot put student or none. Also I cannot know what were the available option. I have to guess???? I tried the family group option, it is working only for two person, the third one error and I think I decide not to go to UAE. I think Turkey visa system are way much better. Very sad because I managed to do it in 2017, I thought it would get better but I’m wrong. ;-(
The worst app in app store
The same crashes happening since their first app ever 10 or more years ago, its not like other UAE services .
I felt like they are intentionally left it like this otherwise there is no valid reason for country like UAE to keep the same issue for more than 10 years.
By the way, the website even showing different functionality problems.
In addition to that,their customer services are there to smile to you but not gonna help, just answering simple questions and smiling ☺️, you need to be positive!!
If you raise complaint, they will inform you that its resolved but they will not disclose to you more info or solution or giving you the approval , issue resolved and visa rejected in the same time .
