You should make Uber a secondary job, not make it primary, because depending on your region, requests come or not. Uber is a nice experience, but they take an unsatisfactory percentage from the customer and take a long time to deliver the money to you, or if you want it early, they deduct it from you

Unfortunately, the filth of some passengers is borne by you, Captain. You have a problem and file a complaint and it is rejected in every way. I come back a second time and file a report. After (the trouble) the customer service directs me to clean and raise the bill. After cleaning and submitting the report, it is rejected again. Bad customer service. There is no appreciation for the captain. The most important thing is the relationship with you and your car. It doesn’t matter, there is no supervisor who decides on topics. Everyone calls you to the second. If he feels that he is wrong, he locks the speaker while you are talking to him. I filed a report on Twitter. I uploaded the same application. I called the same money. Captain. Four years after the experience, I regretted that I downloaded the application, I swear to God, many stars on them 👎🏼

1/ you should be fair with uber partners
2/ you should stop excluding ( wosoul service ) from peak & surge
3/ you should launch ( UberBlack ) at ( Jeddah city , Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦)
4/ you should resolve the issue of ( Far pick ups)
5/ you should remove ( unfair ) ratings from riders side on spot .
6/ you should decrease the percentage of ( Uber fee )
7/ you should increase the bonuses
8/ you should fix the issues of trips not included in peaks & surges while the pick up was from the red area on map at the same moment of the surge
9/ you should give an extra guarantee of being online for either 6 , 8 , or 12 hours
10/ you should have a good and fast support center better than the recent and preferred to be call center through calling
11/ you should let us know as partners where is the Drop off location before starting the trip for many reasons such as safety, self timings, self condition, car condition , fuel level ... etc .
12/ a lot of suggestions and marketing ideas 💡 up in my mind ((( but who will listen 👂 or co-operate with me )))
