Uber - Request a ride 4+

I have been using uber for over 2 years now. Some of the complaints I have are:
1- the drivers cancel last minute. Which honestly make me not trusting to book a ride with uber.
2- the rate is becoming more expensive than normal even if there is no traffic.
3- most of the drivers that I dealt with don’t have cash change, and it leads to either he take more money than he should or I would pay less than I should. There no system where extra money can be put into my account to use it in my next rides.
4- the drivers are becoming rude and ask if i will pay cash or credit card & ask about the distinction and decide to cancel if I don’t answer these questions.
5- the availability of the drivers are becoming less and less even though the region that I’m living in is pretty crowded with people.
6- most of the driver’s cars smell like cigarettes which I really hate since I’m wearing abaya and the abaya can catch the cigarette smell pretty quickly.
I hope that Uber takes my constructive criticism into consideration.

First of all I think the map interface that is offered to the captain should be available fir the passenger. So they look at the same map interface. Second there is a lag time (few seconds) between the actual position and the position on the map. So the passenger may not be able to give the captain instructions about the turns, if needed. Third, I think the arrangements allowing regular taxis to be Uber captains in their own taxi cars is not a good idea. I had a bad experience in Dublin and I submitted a complaint, and people I know are telling me some bad experiences in Turkey (mainly Istanbul. Fourth, Uber should very strict in requiring a) the mobile used for navigation during the trip should never be used for making calls during the trip, and b) the mobile used for navigation should be mounted in a way that make navigation for the captain easier and safer. Finally, I see the evaluations of captains is higher that what one would expect. Your Egypt office is not following up with comments and suggestions and leaves much to be desired. I appreciate your consideration for these comments and studying them by the appropriate departments and make necessary changes as suggested by the designated department.

Uber has always been my rides app for more than a 3 years. The thing that I like about Uber is that it never cancel the search until it’s get a driver and they always came in short noticed, it never took me more than 10 min to get into the car and start the ride. However, in the past two weeks something has changed, I assume that the drivers are now allowed to accept rides while they are in one. So, they can accept more than one ride in once and causes a lot of late for the customers. I’ve always arrived to my appointments and meetings on time, with the new update I started to arrive late on my meetings which caused me a numberless of problems.
Humbly, I asked uber company to change there policy of accepting rides for the drivers.
