Login issue

Dear sir,
i have login problem ofter new update of 24 june after new update i logout atoumatically and i don't rember user id now try on forget when second widwos open there no appear keyboard for typing i contact with help center they said make new account i try also if create a new UBL digital mobile account but there also keyboard not appear for typing any thing please check where is the problem app or my side????

App issue

Dear when i open my app its showing your some features are restricted. And I can’t do anything only its showing my balance. I can’t add any beneficiary and can’t transfer money to anyone. All features are blocked.
I am very disappointed from your services UBL.
I also send messages on your Facebook messenger page but there is also no good response.
Kindly let me know and pls fix my this issue.
