DO NOT save your bank card when using this app. I rescheduled a booking from Thursday to Friday because of Ramadaan timings. Within a few moments, they renewed my weekly plan and double booked me for the week. They booked my for that Thursday I changed. When I asked them to cancel and refund, I was refunded 18sar less. Also consider paying the maid in cash instead of the app because they are not trustworthy. Good experiences was with polite Filipina maids who were always dropped off early. Some are very hard working. Some clean stuff you tell them not to…wasting my detergents after I cleaned a few hours earlier.

I’ve been using their hourly cleaning service for about a year and the maids are mostly good, however, their customer service is absolutely FRUSTRATING!

They have never once solved an issue for me to my satisfaction. I’ve been promised credit as compensation many times and never received it.

My most recent grievance, I gave a low rating to one of the maids who did a poor job with the cleaning and so they offered me a revisit free of charge. That would have been perfect except for the fact that they sent the same maid that I did the poor job in the first place!

And as always, no one answers their phone number for customer service and their HELP button on the app is useless.

That’s not to say that customer service don’t contact you later to act like they care about your time and patience.

I’ve been using this company for approximately 6 months. The cleaners are the most lovely and hard working humans ever, but the app is terrible. When you use a cleaner, you are automatically booked for the same slot 7 days later, whether that date and time is good for you or not. Twice I’ve missed this before i caught on and was billed because I was at work. So you’re constantly having to watch the app to reschedule few days at a time until you get the day you want, say two or three weeks later. I’m still waiting for a call back from this company from three weeks ago. And it’s sad, because I love my cleaners, but if this company doesn’t fix the problems I’ve complained to them about (can only book up to a few days in advance) I’m never using this app again.
