I was emergency for Transfer money in my home, then i install URPAY apps. then i add money to this apps. after i add beneficiary Details then when i try to send money that time It said beneficiary is inactive. then again i add a another beneficiary and again thy said same problem. then more then 1 hours i try to transfer money but it doesn’t work. After when i transfer my money to my bank card (Riyadbank) then last 4 hours my money doesn’t deposit on my Bank account. Then I call to support service. then thy said i have to wait for till tomorrow!!!! In this emergency time how can i wait for the 2 days???

Don’t lose your money just for a promotional offer. I got referred by a friend and tried. I had completed all verification and created the account but struck on creating the beneficiary. With a hope and kept retried several days also kept on calling customer KSA support. They said that support ticket is created and it will be solved next day but it’s a forth day and the issue is still unresolved. Now they don’t answer my calls and blocks internally after collecting the passcode for reference to avoid my calls.

Here the integrity is lost and they don’t share the ticket registered information via SMS and no follow-up.

Poor customer support and not gained a customer trust. Sacred to continue to use this application and planning to delete this account if the issue is not resolved within next 3 days.

Very poor management to assist customer my account was blocked last march 30 then until now nothing happens to activate my account , everyday i call customer service and management of urpay is not doing anything i still have money on this application. Before i ask my friends to download this app because it was good but now my friends telling me this app is very bad and said i’d better not use this app.
How long should it take to investigate my account its been 1 month , i still have money in your application , poor service and dont have the immediate action regarding this matter , i’ve been calling customer service and every time they’re telling me that it is still on process, process? Really? Taking too much time 1 month and its not been resolve by your admins and mangement, what else should i do to help you too make your “process” fast
