Refund is a big lie :) and the app doesn’t work
As a loyal customer since 2020, I recently reached out to customer support regarding an issue with the app not working as I purchased the Move bundle but i kept getting error. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for 10 days, which was quite frustrating. I was disappointed with the lack of support, and as a result, I requested a refund. Interestingly, they responded promptly to my refund request, which gave me the impression that they are more interested in losing me as a customer than retaining me. I understand that issues can arise, but as a valued customer, I hope that in the future, the customer service team can be more responsive and proactive in addressing customer concerns regarding app issues instead of being proactive in losing them
I almost convinced my colleagues to purchase the same workout bundle, but I will be sure to warn them about my recent experience. I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving your customer service in the future :)
And by the way Refunds for in-app purchases made from the app are self-service. You must contact Google Play in order to begin the refund request process. Which didn’t work as well 💔

Hi there! So sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of calls and emails. We appreciate your patience as we answer every customer's inquiry in the order in which it was received.
MOVE program can be accessed via the website using a mobile or computer browser. Currently, it can't be accessed in the app due to a bug but the Tech Team is working to fix it. No ETA at the moment.
Yes, programs purchased via the app can be refunded by the Google or App Store only. We don't have access to this and there's no option for us to refund these transactions. Thanks for understanding.
Error message
Hey guys,
I loved your app i bought a subscription before and it had a lifetime access of the workouts and diet plans etc..
Anyways I haven’t used it in a long while after that and now i’m trying to sign in on the app and it’s giving me an error message even though the password is correct.. it’s not allowing me to reset the password too it says the same message “an unexpected error”
Is there a problem with the app?
Also btw your website also has a problem and it’s denying me access.
I sent you an email about it directly to vincent’s email.
I’m waiting your reply… :(
