Why did we create TheVastraApp:
A typical apparel manufacture of India produces various designs in a year and each design goes through multiple processes like embroidery, stitching, dying, etc with multiple karigars involved, before the design becomes ready for sale. The entire process takes days, weeks or even months.
All of this is done manually via paper-based job slips and multiple communication chains happening over Whatsapp between manufacturers and karigars.
With paper-based job slips and scattered WhatsApp messages, it is nearly impossible to keep track of job status, wastage, inventory, and profit at the end of the day.
Most of the manufacturers ignore these inefficiencies and wastage, as somehow they feel this can’t be avoided. We believe it CAN be - with The VastraApp.

A simple app for Apparel Manufacturers of India where they can check status of orders and job slips quickly, can eliminate deadstock., get easy access to designs and karigar reports & more.

1. Sales order copy qty option available when add from catalog icon.
2. Agent wise order report available in the order report section.
3. Purchase order approval tab available same as sales order and also setting available in configuration.
Note:- admin rights are also available for show approve- reject button and approval tab.
4. When making delivery challan from sales order that time option available in delivery challan option menu for fetch the latest updated price of catalog.
5. Added filter in design wise summary report for pdf to show sorting stock low to high and high to low.
6. Karigar stock report available for karigar manager.
7. Now you can add/ update LR when delivery challan date is locked.
8. Search by sample design source added in design catalog listing.
9. Added sales price in the trending supplier list.
10. Added pdf setting for hide header and customer info in sales order pdf.
11. Added note option in customer master.
12. Added piece and material info summary in jobslip view mode same as jobslip pdf.
13. Added total count on jobslip pending and completed section.
