Best Baloot Game by far
Great app with great features simple and easy always online never had a problem with the servers.
That’s being said I would suggest to the developer lowering down the subscription prices for vip it would bring much more players. I know I would subscribe if it was a bit lower :)

The game is great but the support is lousy

It took you more than a month to reply!!!!
You are emphasizing the disappointment

I am disappointed with the support team. After the recent update, I was not able to login to my account. I tried to reset password, but I didn’t receive email for resetting it. I contacted support via email and I failed to get them to understand the problem. They just keep providing the same answer again and again. I posted comments in Twitter, yet no response. Regardless of how great your game is, if you don’t provide acceptable level of support, you will loose your clients. If I didn’t get your attention ASAP, I will delete the game.
Why I didn’t get a reply to me emails? Why the total ignorance? I paid money for purchasing points and I can play!!!!
