Is kinda nice is just sometimes the voice cracks but still everything is all better

Request a refund to the amount I paid via my credit card

I am writing to request a refund for a recent purchase I made on your platform today. I downloaded and paid for Voice AI from the App Store. However, I regret to inform you that the app has proven to be unreliable and I have not received any benefit from its features and services. I have diligently tried to utilize the app's functionality as advertised, but it consistently fails to perform as expected. The promised features and services have not been delivered, rendering the app ineffective for my needs. Please the amount deducted from my credit card is a big amount and I didn’t find the app useful at all to my needs. Kindly refund my money back.

It’s a gamble!!

There is a 70% chance that this app will fail to respond as intended, it works sometimes and if it does it deliver good results, don’t bother with the personal voice cloning and cover songs voices it simply doesn’t work, I want to wait and give this app a chance and hope they update and fix the bugs, 2 stars for now!
