Unfortunately useless app
The app doesn’t have digital card the academic information is outdated and there is no contact or class time details it’s useless for me and need more work I need to know more info about the academic and be able to join and know details about my kids performance and attendance now renewal date and online renew the sports academy subscription I need to communicate with my coach through the app
I need to record my visits log
The customer experience and user journey need more enhancement and it must be customer oriented application more than POS.
Useless
I didn’t get any benefit from this primitive application. I couldn’t check my previous payment or status of my membership. It doesn’t give me gate access or even my entry card.
