I purchased episode 2 and the game never work I delete it and download again can't open the game please help me

I’m really mad that i have bought the bundle and I’m trying to download the second episode for more than 3 hours now every time i get an error says connection failed during downloading ... I’ve tried everything turning off the device deleting the game and reinstall it and nothing work , after I checked apparently everyone had this problem for year and it still exists !! Please help me fix this issue or get a refund!
