Bad Services and Fake Packages - خدمات سئيه وباقات مزيفه
The service is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I chose a package and made the payment. The package included both exterior and interior washing with high-pressure washing, shampoo, and powerful vacuum devices. However, when the washer arrived, they refused to clean the car's interior. I contacted customer service to cancel the order and request a refund, but it has not been processed yet.
الخدمه سيئه ، وخدمه العملاء أسوء ما يكون ، اخترت باقه وتم دفع المبلغ ، الباقه كانت عباره عن غسيل خارجي وداخلي شامل ضغط عالي ، شامبو فو وأجهزه شفط اقوي ،،، وعند مجيئ المغسل رفض غسيل السياره من الداخل وبالتالي توصلت مع خدمه العملاء وطلبت الغاء الطلب واسترجاع المبلغ ولم يتم ذلك اللى الان.
