Thank you for contacting us with this request. I’m sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription, but fortunately you can easily manage this yourself, as we can’t cancel it for you. You can do this in the settings menu of your device. If you select your Apple ID at the top, navigate to ‘iTunes & App Store’ and then tap on your Apple ID again, you can ‘View Apple ID’. This will make you log in to your Apple ID and allows you to see an overview of your account information. In here you can also see a subscriptions option, which you can select to see your active subscriptions. If you then tap on your current running subscription you will get the option to cancel this.

Unfortunately this won’t refund your money, as this is not supported by Apple’s subscription system. We can’t do anything about this, but you can contact Apple Support directly about this, and they should be able to help you further.

According to our available data, you are not subscribed to our app. It is most likely the case that you have a weekly subscription to our competitor, Apalon Apps. They have an app called ‘NOAA Weather Radar’ which often gets confused with our app. If you can’t cancel a subscription following my instructions then I recommend contacting them directly for more help.
