I want delete my account but i can't login I don't know why please help me

I’ve been on this app for two whole years and never have I ever thought I’d go without spending some time in it!!
But it all stopped couple months ago after the verification update whereas it won’t verify me. I’ve contacted you Wink multiple times yet, no respond.
I haven’t used this app in more than two months I’ve went from everyday to not even once a month using wink.
I used to be verified but somehow it deleted my verification and just kept asking me and it wont even work to begin with. It’s annoying because I can’t even use wink unless i have to be verified yet it won’t recognise/work at all?? It’s so annoying so please fix it it has been like that ever since you changed the verification thing it won’t work and there is no support service I don’t get it.
I gave you a two star rate because once in my life you were everything.

Pay to Use

Well developers got greedy asf and made the app completely useless by making it pay to use simply. To whoever reading this don’t waste ur time downloading this app if u are looking for a free socail app this not a free app u have to pay for it to see the friend requests.

There are other better and similar options in the App Store that offer the same thing but completely free of charge.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your input. You can still make friends for free on Wink simply by swiping. Swiping is completely free, and when you swipe right on someone who has swiped right on you, you'll instantly become friends and be able to chat. If you want to skip the swiping, you can upgrade to Wink+ to access the full list of everyone you added, but this is an optional step that isn't required. We are constantly trying different ways to help our users make great friendships and are confident that, given time, you'll find the friendships you're making in this new experience are better than ever.
