I like the application. It really elegant. I wish to add a notification when a product available after it was out of stock

Jbl 110 party box

I ordered a JBL 110 party box in this site and additional of 30SAR. To deliver the same day I ordered, unfortunately they send me a message and says that the item is not available and the payment is subject for refund. I paid by card the same day and I got my refund after 2 long weeks. Its so disappointed because on the same day I bought to other store and spend my money twice because of their negligence. My advice for this site is to remove all unavailable items check the inventory of all branches because you will cause your customers husstle.

Customer service

I just ordered at Tuesday before 9:00pm to make sure that the delivery will reach me at Wednesday. Then at Wednesday, someone from the customer service called me, he asked what the best time for you, so the product can be delivered. I told him at 6 pm, he told me that the delivery will be around 5-7 pm so i said alright. What happen at the end i didn’t receive my product at Wednesday so I checked there customer service number, i found there the time of delivery is from 9-5. DUDE WHY YOU TOLD ME THE DELIVERY WILL COME AROUND 5-7pm. This rating for the customer service guy who just didn’t take his job seriously.
