I'm experiencing issues with the application's performance and am unable to add my card details successfully. Despite multiple attempts, the app is slow and unresponsive. I've ensured my internet connection is stable and have followed standard troubleshooting steps without success. Could you please provide assistance or guidance on resolving these issues? Can’t verify my visa platinum card and no reply from customer service

I have been trying to add my visa card platinum since many days to the app but it keeps saying failure to validate card. Same happens with my friend. The card was working before but now it doesn’t. Email customer support doesn’t reply at all. And no way to contact on the phone. Non reliable app.
