Everything is great about Yagoot, but I hope you can let us renew our subscription without having to connect to the wi-fi. I had this issue where I wanted to renew my subscription, but I didn't have wi-fi to do so.. I hope you find a way for this issue.
Esim can’t be reinstated
I have migrated from Zain to Yaqoot, two months. Due to sending my mobile phone for repair, I forced to migrate to Salam with a physical Sim- as my replacement mobile does not esim. Now when I am trying to take the esim package from yaqoot- it is not allowing- message esim already delivered - can somebody help me with this? There is no customer service in yaqoot?? Very disappointing

I am very worried about internet packages because here in saudi arabia there are too much cost of internet. But after i get the package of yaqoot in 80 Sr. In this package i get 25 gb data and also unlimited calls to any network and 5 applications are unlimited free. I will advise to everyone go for it.
