Opened Medicine Delivery and Poor Customer Service

Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the tapes were already opened due to poor packaging. I immediately contacted your customer service multiple times and filed a formal complaint, yet no action has been taken to address the issue. I sent photos of the uncovered tapes as evidence. However, each time I was told that the photos were not received or not visible, despite all other photos being successfully delivered. Your representatives repeatedly asked me to resend the images, which I did several times, but ultimately, there has been no response or resolution. This experience has been highly frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of your service.

Definition of poor quality

Never have I ever place an order over the past 6 months and went through smoothly
They cancel the order claiming it was rejected my insurance and when you call insurance you will find it’s approved in full
They call with missing item in the order you ask for a replacement, they refuse and they refuse giving a receipt or documentation that they didn’t secure
A great idea for app with a team of incompetent failures
