I like the game and everything but recently it kept disconnecting even though I am sure I’m connected to the internet.

Hi 🤗 Unfortunately, the app not launching correctly appears to be a problem with how iOS 12 manages storage space, not the game itself. ☹️ The iOS 12 operating system requires more memory than the previous operating system - that means there is less left for apps. And with relatively large apps like Zoo 2: Animal Park that can cause issues, especially on older devices. 📲 You can try and see if closing other apps and/or restarting your device helps. Our developers are looking to see if there is anything they can do to optimize the game's performance even further with iOS 12, but in the meantime, you may want to consider playing on a different device if you happen to have a different smartphone/tablet with more RAM handy.
